Ask about our warranty!
Everything that we sell comes with a specific warranty. In some cases it may be thirty days, sixty days or even ninety days after receipt, the period varies according to the item being sold.
If a client receives an item that they believe to be broken the first step is to email or call and report the problem.
Before authorizing a return, we will need to ask several questions, the answers to these questions may allow our engineer to fix the problem remotely.
If the equipment does need to be returned for evaluation, we request that the client returns it to our office well packed. Improper packing leading to additional damage in transit may void our warranty
If we determine that the equipment is faulty, at our option we will repair, replace or refund the clients purchase price in full.
In cases where we ship the repaired or replaced item to the client we pay the shipping cost.
